- **Graduates/Under Graduate**:

- **Overseeing the customer service process.**:

- **Understanding the problem faced by the customers.**:

- **Solving the customer problems in an efficient manner.**:

- **Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.**:

- **Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.**:

- **Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience**
