Personal Assistant

We are looking for a **highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary** to provide professional, confidential, and high-level administrative support to the [Executive/Individual]. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills to handle scheduling, correspondence, and coordination efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Draft and format official letters, reports, and presentations.
- **Travel & Event Management**:
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements (tickets, visas, accommodation).
- Plan and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.
- **Documentation & Filing**:
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Track and manage confidential documents and personal records.
- **Liaison & Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow.
- **Reminders & Follow-Ups**:
- Remind the executive of important tasks, deadlines, and events.
- Follow up on pending actions with teams and external parties.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Support with personal tasks and errands, as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Secretarial Studies preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ready to Travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
