Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Closing**: Engage with potential clients (contractors, architects, and project managers) to close sales deals, ensuring alignment with their specific construction project needs. Meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships. Regularly check in with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Architects & Project Managers**: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project managers, and key decision-makers within construction projects. Attend project meetings to discuss product requirements, and timelines, and ensure product offerings align with project specifications.
- **Sales Proposals & Presentations**: Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting how the company’s products and services meet the needs of their construction projects.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of all client interactions in CRM software.
- **Product Knowledge & Consulting**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, providing technical guidance and consultation to clients and stakeholders regarding their project needs.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project timelines, client needs, and the products and services commonly used in the sector.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong experience in closing sales, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with architects, project managers, and contractors.
- **Presentation Skills**: Proficient in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to construction industry clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- **Degree**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
