**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and vetting of all sorts of legal documents / Deeds required in the construction sector, conveyancing, registration of documents, all types of agreements / contracts etc.
- Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions of transfer of property act / the contracts act / registration act / Indian and Maharashtra Stamp Act / RERA / Consumer protection act / Maharashtra State Co-operative Society Act etc.
- Relevant experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation management for RERA compliances and RERA cases, Consumer Cases and liasoning with the Co-operative department for establishment of Co. operative Housing Societies, conveyance in favor of Societies etc.
- Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions of transfer of property act / the contracts act / registration act / Indian and Maharashtra Stamp Act / RERA / Consumer protection act / Maharashtra State Co-operative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
