**Job Opening: US-Based Soft Collection Process**

**Salary**:

- ₹17,000 - ₹32,000 per month
- Additional bonuses: ₹2,000 performance bonus + ₹1,000 attendance bonus

**Work Schedule**:

- **Shift Timing**: 5:30 PM - 8:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shifts)
- **Week Off**: 2 rotational offs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to conduct soft collections and resolve outstanding balances.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
- Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
- **Age Limit**: Up to 40 years.
- Must reside within the transport boundary.

**Important Notes**:

- No leaves allowed during the probation period (first 6 months).
