**Junior Architect**

We are looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented Architect** - **Fresher or around 1 years of professional experience** to join our design team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on all stages of the design process - from **conceptual design to construction drawings**.
- Prepare **technical documentation** and coordinate with consultants.
- Create **design proposals, 3D models, renderings, and client presentations**.
- Interpret design briefs and ensure compliance with **building codes and local regulations**.
- Conduct **site visits** and assist with basic detailing.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree in **Architecture** (B.Arch or equivalent).
- **Fresher or Around 1 years of professional experience**in an architecture/design studio.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp**:

- Strong **visualization and presentation skills**.
- Good knowledge of **materials, construction methods, and detailing**.
- Ability to work in a **team-oriented environment** and take initiative.
- Strong **communication skills** and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering **thoughtful, functional, and sustainable design solutions**.
