**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Work Schedule**: Morning shift, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural and interior design of project
- Utilize engineering principles and materials knowledge to achieve project goals.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including Contractors, Vendors and Consultants.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals and schedules
- Create design concepts with attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design, specifically using Revit.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Laptop preferred

**Additional Information**:

- Resident in Trivandrum.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
