**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and implement highly integrated CRM systems, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.
- Deliver gap-fit analysis documents by translating business requirements and user stories into comprehensive solution design documents, covering Banking Data Model, Logical and Physical Architecture, Integration, Deployment, and Infrastructure Architecture.
- Lead CRM implementation, platform upgrades, and contribute to planning, analysis, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Define technical requirements, including performance, availability, scalability, maintainability, and observability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Engage with senior IT and business stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
- Develop bank-specific CRM architecture design principles and communicate them to technical leads and CRM system integrator partners.
- Decide on technology stack selections to meet organizational needs.
- Guide CRM SI partners in creating and reviewing target technical architecture blueprints to ensure compliance with bank guidelines and project objectives.
- Understand limitations and capabilities of packaged software and related technical environments.
- Determine and manage the number of staging environments required for development, testing, training, staging, production, and support.
- Collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads to review estimates and solution plans.
- Perform hardware and network sizing and capacity planning as needed.
- Conduct information security risk assessments and develop security controls, including those for regulatory compliance.
- Lead performance engineering activities, including modeling, forecasting, testing, tuning, and review of performance testing results.
- Ensure product architecture adheres to CRM principles minimizing excessive customization and development.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation.
- Strong background in banking IT environments, including data migration and integration.
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive architecture documentation.
- Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, deployment, and security in banking solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple technical teams and lead architecture governance.
