Position - Ecommerce Executive

Location : MBP-Mahape (Ghansoli)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g. Flipkart & Amazon) for improved customer experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product) to ensure alignment. - Manage product catalogue, pricing, and inventory across online channels.
- Implement and optimize payment gateways, shipping integrations, and other e-commerce tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs. - Identify and mitigate technical issues impacting online sales.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Helium10). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing).
