We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Executive to oversee and manage our organization's information technology infrastructure. In our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the software systems that power our trading platform and support our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of stock trading and contribute to the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, software solutions, and implement new features.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and technology solutions that align with the organization's needs and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, systems, and networks by implementing robust cyber security measures and protocols.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to promote best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT leadership or executive role, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams.
- Experience with software development methodologies, solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of database systems, SQL and version control systems like Git.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing cloud-based solutions and services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to make critical decisions under pressure and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹161,885.34 - ₹420,000.00 per year
