Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic
Marketing Manager / Co-Founder
to lead our global marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Bhopal
, with the responsibility of building brand presence and driving customer acquisition in
international markets
. As a co-founder, you will play a critical role in defining the company's growth roadmap and ensuring long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    targeting global audiences (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE).
  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with international learners and institutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign results to refine strategy.
  • Build partnerships with global education consultants, agencies, and institutions.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing with product and revenue goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing with international markets
    (preferably USA, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE).
  • Strong expertise in
    SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), content marketing, and lead generation
    .
  • Experience in
    B2C EdTech / e-learning marketing
    is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft messages for diverse global audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership ability, and readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
