We are looking for a
Founder's Associate Intern
– someone who will work directly with the Founder/CEO and get exposure to
strategy, operations, client management, and business growth
.
What You'll Do
- Shadow the Founder in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Assist in
research, presentations, and proposals
for new and existing clients. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the Founder.
- Support in
business development
– from lead generation to outreach. - Handle documentation, SOP creation, and process optimization.
- Be a problem-solver – jump into new challenges and find quick solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication & writing skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Interest in
business strategy, marketing, and startups
. - Comfortable with tools like
Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets
. - Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers or students in final year of BBA/B.Com/BA/Engineering/MBA can apply.
