Inventory Executive

**Job Location - Mangalore, Karnataka**
**Key Roles & Responsibility**:
- Create initial order submission and place order with equipment vendors based in
the US. Follow progress of work and provide necessary customer/supplier
coordination.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment throughout the organization, helping
the
- organization minimize cost and maximize performance, seeking out opportunities
to improve throughout contract cycles.
- Daily stock keeping (remotely) and stock recording, recording in system of
receipts, issues, dispatch invoicing, material transfer documentation for material
movement.
- Creating Purchase Orders for required items and processing the same with third
party
- vendors.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth completion of the
project. Coordinate with vendors regarding updates on equipment delivery.
- Manage stock levels of equipment for executing projects and arranging shipment
of equipment to different areas.
- Reporting on status of orders and resolving delivery and availability issues.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party equipment suppliers and foster collaborative
work environment.
- Initiate actions required to close open asset variances.
- Organizes, coordinates and schedules activations with site focal points and
engineers. Tracks orders and organizes, coordinates and schedules testing, and
turn-up as needed to provide activation.

**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage
complex data requests
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative
approaches to business analysis
- Virtual Warehousing and Inventory Management skills are a must
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of Zoho Suite (Zoho Inventory & Books) is a plus
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Developed relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data
**Qualifications: Any graduation**
