Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and consumables as per production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability without overstocking.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and shipments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delays.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in printing or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
