**Position Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present our product offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay updated on our product portfolio, including herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, and food ingredients.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Forecast sales targets and track progress.
- **Customer Service and Support**:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments (production, quality control, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the herbal or natural products industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
