**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Location**: Chandigarh IT Park

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹23,000 - ₹25,000 In-hand per month
**Shifts**: Rotational (Day/Night)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week
**Leaves**: 2 Paid Leaves per Month
**Transport**: Cab Facility (Pick & Drop Available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and address inquiries or issues
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional support
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream in the year 2021 and after that
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Prior experience in customer service/BPO is an added advantage
