We are currently hiring Customer Care Executives for our International and Non-Voice Process in Chandigarh. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries through non-voice channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive for timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational shift schedule.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work well within a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
