We are hiring for Sales Associate - US Voice Process

**Location: Mohali, Punjab**

**Salary: 3 LPA**

**Experience: 1-6 Years Sales Experience**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative performance.
- As a sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives.
- You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.
- You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and aggressive follow-ups.
- You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales.
- You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
- Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain
- Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process.
- Daily report generation and process compliance
- Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in outbound sales calling process in Loan consolidation and Debt

Collection.
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently.
- Past experience in facing U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus.
- Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
