**Job Summary**: The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating various projects within the firm. This role involves managing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project resources are available and utilized efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans.
- Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Supervise the project procurement process.
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the team has what’s needed at the right time.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and team performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule and document stakeholder meetings, generating reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the design and build industry.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and financial management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- K K Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
