**Main responsibilities**:

- Complete in charge for Shift operation of the power plant and all auxiliaries.
- Communicate effectively with customer plant for smooth plant operation.
- Follow WIN and Customer safety standards/ requirements Strictly.
- Execute Shift routines, trouble shooting and rectification.
- Prepare daily reports, incident reports and root cause analysis reports, maintenance reports and inventory reports.
- Electrical spares & maintenance planning and execution.
- Responsible for All Electrical equipment operation & maintenance.
- Undertake modifications if needed to improve plant deliverance.
- Functional Knowledge and hands on operation and Maintenance experience on Alternator Transformer.
- Maintenance of Low voltage & Medium voltage Switch Gears.
- Should be able to perform trouble Shooting and rectification of Protection relays of Generator, Transformer and Switch gears.

- **Educational Requirement**: Diploma or BE Electrical.
- **Experience**: Minimum 8 years of experience in power plants/marine at supervisory level.
- Knowledge about Alternator, Transformers, motors, Protection relays, Control panel equipment.
- Handson experience on Gas / HFO engines.
- Knowledge of UNIC control system.
- Conversant with Electrical safety standards.
- Expert knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment.
- Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance data analysis.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Valid C Licence or applied is mandatory.
