**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Product Owner** to join our Generative AI R&D Studio team. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into impactful AI-driven accelerators and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation at the frontier of enterprise AI.

**What are Accelerators?**

Accelerators are reusable mini-products designed to cut delivery timelines by **30-70%** while enhancing client outcomes. At Studio R&D, we experiment, design, and build accelerators across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, and more — enabling faster client value delivery and execution at scale.

**Responsibilities**
- Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, QA, and design to deliver high-quality features.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success through demos, release notes, documentation, and enablement collateral.
- Assist delivery teams with product support during client implementations.
- Track product success metrics, analyze performance, and synthesize learnings.
- Research emerging technologies across Tredence’s business areas.
- Own prompt engineering and evals efforts for your respective product/accelerators.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

**Experience & Mindset**
- ~2 years of experience in product management (post-MBA preferred).
- Proven record of contributing to impactful projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Hunger to learn, experiment, and innovate.

**Product Skills**
- Exposure to the product lifecycle (discovery GA scale) in Agile environments.
- Ability to convert technical concepts into business value and user stories.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

**Technical Fluency**
- Working knowledge of AI, data, cloud, ML, and data science.
- Hands-on experience with analytics/experimentation tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing, etc.).

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Exposure to Business Analyst, Sales, Data Science, or Development roles.
- Experience with Conversational AI or automation platforms.
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum or cloud/AI platforms.
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes.
