**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day order processing via OMS panels across all marketplaces.
- Conduct physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory maintenance.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and internal teams for timely dispatch of orders.
- Process and track B2B Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor packaging material inventory and alert the manager of low stock levels.
- Support the accounts team in timely recording of sales and returns entries.
- Regularly book RTV (Return to Vendor) and update the accounts department.
- Raise and follow up on Safe-T claims, shortages, and other operational claims.

**Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** is a must.
- Languages**:Hindi, Marathi, and English** (spoken and written).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in operations (6-10 years overall work experience preferred).
- **Mandatory**: Prior experience in **E-commerce operations**.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
