**Network side**
- Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience
- N+ And CCNA
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Network knowledge

**Server Side**
- **Server Maintenance & Monitoring**:

- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).
- Monitor server performance and ensure uptime, scalability, and reliability.
- **Technical Support**:

- Respond to server-related issues and outages.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems related to servers.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to resolve complex issues.
- **Backup and Recovery Management**:

- Implement and monitor server backup solutions.
- Perform disaster recovery testing and ensure data integrity.
- **Security Compliance**:

- Manage firewalls, antivirus software, and security updates for servers.
- Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
- Support compliance with relevant security standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain server inventory and update technical documentation.
- Prepare reports on server health, incidents, and planned maintenance.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
