Admission Sales Executive

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value proposition for Footprints.
- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
- Pre
- qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.
- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system
- Schedule and make follow up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to attend the session.
- Do the follow up calls once the prospect has attended the session as per the scheduled date and time.
- Timely responding all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
- Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows

- Total Admissions
- Lead Conversion Rate
- Meeting standard calling SLAs - Calling Hours, Break Time, Dial Time (Or Waiting Time), Pick Up Time and Wrap Up time
- Audits reports without any non-compliance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
