**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (preferred)
- **Proficiency in English** (preferred)
- Background in **sales, counseling, or education sector** will be an advantage.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and school facilities.
- Conduct **field visits** to promote admissions, meet potential students/parents, and distribute promotional materials.
- Participate in **education fairs, seminars, and local events** to promote the school’s programs and build community engagement.
- Maintain and update **admission data, leads, and follow-up reports** in a structured format.
- Collaborate with the **marketing and academic teams** to support enrollment targets and implement outreach strategies.
- Achieve and aim to **exceed monthly admission and sales targets.**:

- Gather **market feedback and competitor information** to support planning and improvement in marketing and admission strategies.
- Assist in **telecalling campaigns** and promotional drives as directed by the management.

**Schedule**
- **Day shift** (Flexible timing as per admission season)
- **Weekend availability** required

**Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **admissions, counseling, tele calling, or field sales** (preferred)
