Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (Preferred)
  • Background in sales, counseling, or education sector will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and school facilities.
  • Conduct field visits to promote admissions, meet potential students/parents, and distribute promotional materials.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and local events to promote the school's programs and build community engagement.
  • Maintain and update admission data, leads, and follow-up reports in a structured format.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support enrollment targets and implement outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and aim to exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor information to support planning and improvement in marketing and admission strategies.
  • Assist in telecalling campaigns and promotional drives as directed by the management.

Schedule

  • Day shift (Flexible timing as per admission season)
  • Weekend availability required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, tele calling, or field sales (Preferred)

Work Location

Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana) before starting work.
