Line Supervisor/production Supervisor/floor

**Job Summary**:The Line Supervisor/Floor Incharge in the Garments Industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production line activities to ensure efficient and high-quality garment manufacturing. This role involves managing a team of production workers, monitoring workflow, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and meet production targets.

**Job Location - Rajasthan**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:Lead and supervise the production line team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve production goals and maintain high levels of morale.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Production Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective allocation of resources and meeting production targets.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that garments meet established standards.
Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve and prevent quality-related issues.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the production line.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

**Training and Development**:Provide training to production line staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Identify skill gaps and work with the training department to develop and implement training programs.
Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.

**Communication**:Maintain open and effective communication channels with team members, management, and other relevant departments.
Report production status, issues, and progress regularly to higher management.

**Health and Safety**:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the garments industry.
- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
