- **Experience Required**:Minimum 12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience across at least 4 Clouds - Sales, Service, Community, CPQ, Marketing, or Commerce with relevant technical certifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive innovative solutions by providing strategic insights and visionary approaches to Salesforce implementations, inspiring teams and stakeholders with forward-thinking perspectives.
- Lead and influence architectural decisions across multiple industry verticals and use cases, leveraging Salesforce capabilities for enterprise-wide transformation.
- Engage with technical executives and experts to conduct high-level discussions, identifying future opportunities and setting long-term technological directions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and define enterprise roadmaps, guiding organizations in their digital transformation journey.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple accounts, mentoring teams, and steering sales and business development activities with a consultative mindset.
- Design, develop, implement, and integrate scalable solutions on Salesforce Lightning Cloud, ensuring ease of maintenance and end-user adaptability.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce CRM architecture and best practices in all developments.
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver innovative solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively recommend alternative approaches and technologies, highlighting the technical impacts and providing accurate sizing estimates.
- Understand data management concepts (MDM, data governance, etc.) and integrate them into architectural designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of providing architectural direction in Salesforce, along with recognized thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience designing technical solutions that meet business goals while offering scalability and long-term value.
- Ability to inspire and lead technical teams while collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve high-impact results.
