Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead the design and architecture of scalable solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, technical solutioning, configuration, customization, and platform integrations.

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Evaluate implementation alignment with best practices and Salesforce development guidelines.
  • Guide release management process and ensure smooth deployments and version control.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, stabilization, and enhancement phases.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for performance, scalability, and reusability.
  • SUPPORT INTEGRATION EFFORTS BY DEFINING AND VALIDATING API CONTRACTS AND RELATED SYSTEM INTERACTIONS.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and technical solutioning.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform integrations.
  • Strong documentation capabilities, especially in solution, technical, and integration design.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce release management, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor development teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect)
  • Experience with Salesforce industries (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
