Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our growing team. As an office staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate person (depending on the specific role).
- Prepare documents such as reports and presentations, and enter data into spreadsheets or databases.
- Provide specific support to a particular department (e.g., legal, accounting, human resources) as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting (preferred).
- Experience in Bookkeeping will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
