**Job Type: Full-Time**

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented **International Telecalling Executives** to join our team. As an International Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for handling both **inbound and outbound calls for the US**. You will use your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and drive sales efforts while managing calls in both **Spanish and English**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients, addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and promoting products/services.
- Use your **bi-lingual skills (Spanish & English )** to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation and promoting offers to clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets, such as sales goals or call handling metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image at all times.
- Adapt to various customer service or sales processes as per campaign requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in both **Spanish & English**.

Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- **Flexibility to work** in different shifts as required by the **US inbound and outbound process**.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Prior experience in US inbound and outbound** telecalling is an advantage.

Knowledge of US culture, consumer behavior, and communication preferences is beneficial.

Familiarity with the **US time zones** and **working hours.**
