We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP, Risk Strategy
- Issue Management**.

**Opportunity**:
The Role of the AVP- Risk Strategy, Issue Management includes but is not limited to the following:

- The role holder will be responsible to provide oversight of the work completed by the team to oversee Helios submission of Regulations/Summaries/ Risks and Controls, conduct data analysis; identify trends, themes and gaps; and develop and present conclusions specific to Issue Management papers and reports.
- The role holder will be responsible to measure and report the overall health of the Issues for US at the HANAH level.
- The role holder will be responsible to identify and implement process efficiencies and identify the opportunities for automations and align with the Group requirements where required.
- This role is an IC (Individual Contributor) role; however, the role holder will be responsible to ensure that the overall quality of the Issue Management products are delivered to in-country are in line with the expected standards. The job holder will be responsible for the QA of the Issue Management reports, assessments and overall work done in the risk strategy area.
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
**Essential**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in roles within a Risk / Compliance / Regulatory framework.
- Good command of both verbal and written English.
- Ability to understand and interpret Regulations.
- Attention to details and good analytical skills, including oversight of others work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
- Utilizes own initiative to resolve issues. Ability to support decisions with sound reasoning.
- Experience and Understanding of US regulatory structure is an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
