Tasks and Responsibilities- Primary contact for customers and Field Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers of the Perfect Charging Business Unit- Create quotes for customers and sales representatives- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy, including review of Terms and Conditions- Enter customers purchase orders into BaaN in OK point quality- Send order acknowledgements to customers- Process invoice and monitor automated delivery of after shipment. Maintain and process installment invoices for large projects.- Responsible for authorization process of customer returns (RGAs), process credit for returned products- Monitoring and maintaining CRM for the Fronius India PCBU Team- Responsible for shipping and receiving, as needed. Including ground and freight shipments. This includes preparing shipping labels and scheduling shipments.- Promote and support the “Fronius Way” philosophy

Skills & Requirements- Applicant must have proven administrative skills- Proven knowledge of order entry/data entry- Strong attention to details- Applicant needs to come equipped with prior knowledge of business practices (i.e. RFQs, quotes, POs, packing slips, invoices, etc.)- Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Purchasing or Order Processing preferred- Associates Degree from accredited college or university preferred- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) preferred- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Customer service oriented
