**Operations Executive**

SAZGENIX seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of daily operations within the organization. Whether you are a fresh graduate or someone with prior experience, we provide a collaborative environment to foster growth and professional development.

**Key Responsibilities:For Freshers**:

- Assist in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless execution of operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support in scheduling and organizing meetings, shipments, or deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders.
- Perform data entry tasks and update the company database regularly.
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks.
- Oversee and streamline daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various teams (logistics, procurement, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve business performance.
- Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring tasks are executed promptly and accurately.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock orders, and shipping schedules.
- Monitor and track project timelines to ensure goals are met.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for operational requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational activities, KPI analysis, and performance.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**For Freshers**:

- A bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream (preferably in Business, Operations, or related fields).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of operational processes is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
- Proven experience in an operational role (1-3 years).
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational software/tools.
- Knowledge of operational KPIs and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
