**Position Details**:

- **Job Title**: Sales Associate (Travel Packages)
- **Department**: Sales & Business Development
- **Employment Type**: Full Time.
- **Location**: Office / Remote.
- **Reporting To**: Mr. Beigh Sideeq (Managing Director)
- **Joining Date**: Immediate.
- **Compensation: INR 6000 - INR 8000/- Monthly/ Commission of INR 1000 per sale executed / Bonus of INR 5000/- if 10 sales are closed in a Months time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively presenting deals, discounts, and travel benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked tours.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: INR 6000 to INR 8000/- Per Month.
- **Sales Commission**: INR 1000/- on each confirmed bookings
- **Incentives**: Performance-based bonuses (INR 5000 on 10 confirmed bookings in a month).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
