Introduction:
Manage Service Controls and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders. Drive a culture of maintaining high delivery standards. Ensure accuracy and completeness for every delivery before submission.

What will you be doing?
- Work collaboratively with CCO Governance & Controls Business Partners team to deliver high quality updates on Service Controls for Senior Management.
- Strong understanding of Data Management/ Data Governance Principles. Work collaboratively with Data Management team, BX Service Management, RFT COO and Service Technology teams to mitigate the data quality gaps, identify and implement automated solutions for efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables in the book of work which include but not limited to:

- Ability to coordinate with large span of stakeholders (Service aligned CCOs, Operations Rigour and Business teams across BX) for reporting deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills to identify the Risk and Controls movements in the portfolio and its implications. (MS Excel and PowerPoint skills).

Understanding of Overall Controls Effectiveness (OCE), Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA), Service Acceptance Forum (SAF) and BX COO Service and Transaction Cycle structure would be a an advantage.
What we’re looking for:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Controls, Governance, Reporting, Risk Management and data crunching/ analysis preferably in a financial services organisation. Working knowledge in MS Office - PPT, Excel and Word.
- PPT - Creation of packs, modifying footers, transposing graphs/tables, alter master slides
- Excel - Basic shortcut keys, functions - Vlookup/HLookup, Sum, autofill etc. and Pivot tables
- Word - Basic operations to create any document, track changes.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance and control frameworks and processes prescribed for Control Committees. Highly motivated, self-starter, business-focussed and forward thinking.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong experience in managing/ supporting controls/ Risk committees.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management. Ability to manage reporting lines and relationships across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge in Ms Excel.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
