Introduction:
Maintaining high delivery standards. Ensure all the deliverables produced for accuracy and completeness before submission.

What will you be doing?
- Manage timely completion of all deliverables in the book of work which include:

- Controls governance & reporting for controls committees especially those at Level 1 and Level 2
- Weekly Issue Reporting to the CCO Management/ stakeholders
- status of Issues, actions coming due / overdue / at risk.
- Other ad-hoc/ quarterly updates for the senior management as may be required
- Tracking & reporting control issues including adherence to the Risk Event Escalation Matrix, performing BCF gap analysis, publishing key updates to stakeholders and ensuring issues out of governance are flagged to the management
- Provide aid the resolution of business risk and control issues.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the control environment, the associated framework, supporting policies, methodologies, operational metrics, KPIs etc.
- Support business in driving rusk event and model attestation with defined group time lines
- Help BGSC leadership with crisp and concise understanding of Risk and Control environment for BX COO Control Committee, India Management Business Review meeting and India Board Meeting
- Manage end to end production of Conduct Risk Dashboard in compliance with BCBS 239 Controls requirement
- Support any additional Governance or MI Reporting request from Stakeholder

What we’re looking for:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Controls, Governance, Reporting, Risk Management and data crunching/ analysis preferably in a financial services organisation. Working knowledge in MS Office - PPT, Excel and Word.
- PPT - Creation of packs, modifying footers, transposing graphs/tables, alter master slides
- Excel - Basic shortcut keys, functions - Vlookup/HLookup, Sum, autofill etc. and Pivot tables
- Word - Basic operations to create any document, track changes.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance and control frameworks and processes prescribed for Control Committees. Highly motivated self-starter, business-focussed and forward thinking.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong experience in managing/ supporting controls/ Risk committees.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management. Ability to manage reporting lines and relationships across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge in Ms Excel.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
