Job Title - (AVP) Associate Program ManagerLocation : Mumbai and PuneAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for eClerx’sFinancial Marketsvertical. The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, technology transformation, and change management across key business functions.The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO leadership experience, a structured approach to program governance, and a track record of delivering transformation in complex, fast-paced financial services environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio ManagementLead the overall PMO function, ensuring governance, standardization, and visibility across all strategic initiatives.Drive the end-to-end delivery of key projects across operations, technology, and client solutions.Define and monitor program KPIs, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting dashboards.Technology & TransformationIdentify and implement technology-led process improvements and automation opportunities.Partner with Technology, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven transformation programs.Enable adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and control.Change Management & Process ExcellenceLead organization-wide change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.Promote continuous improvement through structured project reviews, lessons learned, and process reengineering.Strengthen project management discipline and capabilities across business teams.Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate closely with senior leadership, business heads, and client partners to align PMO priorities with business objectives.Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured governance forums and executive updates.Coach and mentor project teams to build a high-performance PMO culture.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceMBA/PGDM from aTier-1 B-School(IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, etc.) ismandatory .15+ years of total experience, withat least 8 years in PMO / Program Management leadership roles .Strong exposure toFinancial Markets(Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or related domains).Proven experience managingenterprise-level transformation, technology integration, and change managementprograms.PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.Key SkillsPMO governance and portfolio managementFinancial markets domain expertiseTechnology transformation and automation (RPA, analytics, workflow platforms)Change management and process excellenceStakeholder and executive managementStrong analytical, presentation, and communication skillseClerx provides critical business operations services to over fifty global Fortune 500 clients, including some of the world’s leading companies across financial services, cable & telecom, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, software, and high-tech.
