- Design, model, and animate 3D assets, environments, and holographic visuals.
- Develop AR/VR experiences using platforms like Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, ARKit, or ARCore.
- Work on holographic content creation (Pepper’s Ghost, Looking Glass, HoloLens, projection mapping).
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients to create interactive experiences.
- Optimize 3D models for performance and real-time rendering across multiple devices.
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to visualize concepts before execution.
- Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Stay updated on emerging AR/VR/XR & hologram technologies to integrate innovative solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Game Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Diploma/Certification in AR/VR Design, 3D Animation, or Motion Graphics is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AR/VR, hologram, or 3D design projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- 3D Design & Animation Tools: Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, ZBrush.
- Game Engines & AR/VR Platforms: Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, WebXR.
- Holographic Design Tools/Techniques: HoloLens, Looking Glass, projection mapping.
- Graphic & Motion Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Programming Knowledge (preferred): C#, C++, Python, JavaScript.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative & artistic sense (lighting, textures, storytelling).
- Good understanding of spatial design & immersive UX/UI.
- Problem-solving and innovation-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to new tools and fast-changing technologies.

**Experience**:

- 1-3+ years of experience in AR/VR/3D design (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
- Prior experience in gaming, advertising, animation studios, or immersive tech projects will be an advantage.
