**About the Role**:
We are looking for a high-energy **Junior IT Recruiter** with strong execution capabilities and a passion for closing roles at scale. If you’re driven by performance, love sourcing deep tech talent, and have worked in an agency or RPO environment, you’ll thrive in this role.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of hardcore IT hiring experience in a recruitment agency / RPO setup is a must
- BE/ B-Tech/ BS -IT/ MCA mandatory. MBA-IT or MBA-HR is a plus
- If you’re built for grit, speed, and results — this is your turf.

**Must-Haves**:

- Experience hiring across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, cloud, analytics
- Hands-on with Boolean/X-ray searches on Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre
- Understands AI-powered sourcing tools, CV shortlisting models, ChatGPT prompts, etc.
- Familiar with job marketing tools, knows how to write engaging posts & CTAs
- Proven record of 3-4 closures/month consistently
- Familiar with ATS, CRM tools, and basic automation workflows
- Can handle multiple roles simultaneously without losing quality
- Exposure to freelancer/vendor collaboration is a plus
