We are seeking a talented and dedicated Political Photographer to join our team. As a Political Photographer, you will play a crucial role in documenting political events, campaigns, and initiatives through compelling visual storytelling. You will have the opportunity to capture powerful images that shape public perception and contribute to our political efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute photo shoots at political events, rallies, fundraisers, and other relevant venues.
- Capture high-quality images that convey the essence of each event and effectively communicate key messages.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet quality standards and align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Work closely with the communications team to select and deliver images for use in press releases, social media posts, campaign materials, and other promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Stay informed about political developments and current events to anticipate and capture newsworthy moments.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing photography in the political domain.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the political domain.
- Proficiency with photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories. Must have your own equipment.
- Excellent technical skills in both shooting and editing photos, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Strong understanding of the political landscape and the ability to capture images that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations and environments.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
