Job Title: Video Editor and Photographer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.
- Enhance video content with graphics, effects, and sound as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement innovative video concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of video content.

2. **Photography**:

- Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, products, and promotional materials.
- Set up and manage photography equipment, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet the desired standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing photography solutions.

3. **Multimedia Storytelling**:

- Conceptualize and execute multimedia projects that effectively convey the desired message.
- Combine video and photography elements to create cohesive and engaging visual narratives.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all multimedia assets.

4. **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and organize video and photography equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in video and photography technology, recommending equipment upgrades as needed.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for multimedia projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Photographer.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photography tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and photography skills.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Photography, or related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,428.54 - ₹35,454.42 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)
