**VACANCY FOR PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER**

**SGT University** (NAAC A+ accredited), in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. It nurtures more than seven thousand students and is a hub of activities involving the nation’s who’s who. It is a part of a group spanning the fields of education and hospitality. The University employs close to three thousand people. The campus has accommodation for employees and hostels for students and offers excellent support facilities such as shopping complex, medical facilities, sports, entertainment, and transportation. The campus is located less than 5 km from the Delhi border of Daurala and offers convenient access to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in photography, Videography, visual arts, communication, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience as a photographer, videographer with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various photography styles and techniques.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques, with proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules and project requirements.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the university's web development team to produce compelling images for the official website.
- Maintain an organized repository of website-ready images for easy access and usage.
- Plan and execute photo shoots for various university events, including but not limited to, academic conferences, cultural festivals, sports tournaments, and student orientations.
- Employ creative techniques and perspectives to capture the essence and energy of each event, showcasing the vibrancy and diversity of the university community.
- Coordinate with event organizers to understand key moments and highlight specific activities through photography.
- Attend promotional events organized by the university, such as recruitment fairs, alumni gatherings, fundraising campaigns, and public lectures.
- Capture engaging images that convey the unique selling points of the university, its values, achievements, and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure alignment with branding guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Respond promptly to photography requests from university departments, faculty, staff, and student organizations.
- Prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain clear communication channels to manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
