The Photographer & Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for various purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, websites, events, and internal communications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, technical expertise in photography and videography, and the ability to collaborate with team members to deliver compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Photography and Videography:

- Capture high-resolution photographs and videos in various settings, ensuring excellent composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Utilize professional equipment and software to achieve desired results, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography and videography techniques, trends, and equipment to enhance creative output.
- Pre-production:

- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment setup.
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, and creative concepts in collaboration with stakeholders to align with project goals and objectives.
- Post-production:

- Edit and retouch photographs and videos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal and quality.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and sound effects as needed to enhance the final product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and revise content until it meets project requirements and brand standards.
- Asset Management:

- Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs and videos, ensuring easy accessibility and proper categorization for future use.
- Backup and archive files to prevent loss and ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation teams, to align visual content with overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external vendors to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Equipment Maintenance:

- Ensure all photography and videography equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Proficiency with photography and videography equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing agreements related to photography and videography.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,914.89 per month
