Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized **Project Coordinator** to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Assist with project documentation, including creating and updating project documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination on project activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
