Digitalbuddha Info Solutions LLP is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to enhance our project management team. In this role, you will be pivotal in organizing and driving project activities, ensuring timely delivery and achieving the project goals. Your responsibility will include being the primary point of contact for all aspects related to the project's organization and timelines, thereby supporting the Project Manager in orchestrating successful outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Requirement understanding, work allocation, risk management, optimum utilization of provided resources, prepare project estimation, setting client's expectation right etc
- Maintaining client relation and retention
- Ensuring utmost quality of the delivery with the help of provided resources
- Daily reporting and be a part of project management process
- Effectively implement the project by utilizing resources and timelines in an optimal manner.
- Constantly flag the Business Development team and Operations Head on risks, issues, and concerns on a project that could be mitigated or avoided in time for the Business Development team to take appropriate actions.
- Provide technical solutions to client’s queries, analyze project requirement and check technical feasibility
- Be a part of project execution cycle
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

**Skills**:

- Experience of project coordination/management
- Exposure to Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.
- Ability to multitask across various projects.
- Strong analytical skills, people management skills and aptitude is required
- Great English communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
