Salary -Max upto 16 K (In hand)
Exp-1-2 yrs
Requirement:
Annual filing of ROC/other ROC compliance
Drafting Minutes / Board meetings agenda
Process of fresh allotment of shares
Transfer of shares in India/outside India
Event based form filing of ROC
New Company Incorporation / LLP Incorporation
Making Digital Signature Certificate
Documentation and form filing tyo strike off the company
Statutory registers prepare and update
Notice of meetings, shorter notice consent letter
Knowledge of Company's Act, 2013.
Resolution by Circulation process knowledge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
