**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security devices.
- Perform Level-2 troubleshooting for security incidents, alerts, and network-related issues.
- Analyze threat intelligence and take appropriate action on security alerts and vulnerabilities.
- Work on firewall rule changes, policy configuration, and access control reviews.
- Coordinate with L1 team for escalated issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation related to network configurations and incident reports.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to security compliance standards (ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in network security operations or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Fortinet NSE 4/5, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNP Security
- CompTIA Security+, CEH, or any other relevant security certification

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
