**Job Summary**:
As a Telesales Representative at Biizline, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients to promote our app. Your role involves explaining our product’s features, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to help users experience our platform’s value. If you are driven, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about connecting with people, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Biizline’s features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and address any questions or concerns regarding the app.
- Provide product demos and guide customers on using the app effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to Biizline’s growth.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Hindi & Native languages,
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information in a simple, clear way.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
