Job Summary:
As a Tour Operation Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences for clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, excellent customer service, and memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Tour Planning**: Design and develop itineraries that meet client preferences, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and activity vendors to secure bookings and negotiate contracts.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of tours, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor tour experiences and gather feedback to enhance future offerings.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tour operations or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with travel management software.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
